Wow, I didn't think the crew would be this on top of things. Highly respectful men, and they were done early. Didn’t expect them to be this on point. Really respectful team, finished ahead of schedule, and cleaned up well. Great job in Novato.
Our home in Novato needed a full roof replacement, and I was bracing for a long, messy project. But this crew was on it from day one. Neat, efficient, and polite. They cleaned up daily and explained everything clearly when changes came up. Even when I had a few concerns, they adjusted without attitude. It’s rare to feel this confident about a home project, but I really did.
Meghan from Apollo is very knowledgeable regarding warranties and how to apply for them. She was able to answer all of our questions and once we move forward with our project we will be asking for an estimate from them. They seem very organized and prompt. Christine also helped direct me to the right person to speak with. She was very direct and helpful.
I called to ask some questions about my roof. Meghan from Apollo was super on top of helping me figure out what shingle type I have on my roof. She was great even though she knew I only had questions. Thanks for your help!
