What stood out most was how they (Benjamin) took the time to walk us through everything — from materials to the process — so we always knew what to expect. Tried calling to make a repair appointment and the lady who answered the phone told me that my zip code wasn't popping up in her system. I replied, that I'm not a customer but inquiring about a repair for a leak. She then aksed, "What can I help you with?" She doesn't sound too competent at listening to my needs or scheduling an appointment. I'll continue looking elsewhere for a roof repair company.

I'd recommend anyone to get their roof done by Apollo. They are honorable people. It was a challenging time for us as we were told our insurance was going to be cancelled because we had a cedar shake roof and we live in Los Gatos where there is more fire risk. Guy came and suggested this cement tile that looks very much like cedar shake and has an A fire rating. I had researched for months looking at everything on the internet about products that looked like Cedar shake. We have a French Tudor style house and all the options... read more

We had a great experience with Apollo roofing. I researched and then had 3 companies come in for quotes for our roof. Benjamin gave a great, very detailed presentation with lots of materials and warranties and we felt we were in good hands with his company. They weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. The team were polite and conscientious and fixed the surprise issues along the way like dry rot and gutter mesh. There are some big rains coming and I’m happy the new roof is on and we will stay dry!
