We will NEVER do business with Apollo Pools again! $2000 deposit in April, Scheduled the install mid-June they canceled AFTER we emptied our pool. They wanted to tentatively reschedule for end of July. We said no, come at the end of the season in September. We refilled our old pool & enjoyed it for the summer. Turns out They charge for the pool & DON'T tell you there's a separate install fee with a separate contract for it until they're ready to show up. I am assuming most of post I've just read must be friends or compensate for reviews. I just took delivery on Thursday on high end hot tub envoy and see panel developed a bulge upon filling called Sunday and hear I am wed no tech visit there service s.u.c.k.s. that's how they sold me being in the area for service. Tub nice but service stinks but what will happen when motor or heater trouble so anyone thinking about this company think!
Stay away from this company. The work they do is subpar and the communication skills are even worse! The owners are a bunch of thugs. They will not do what they say they are going to do. I have been waiting for warranty work for 6 months and still the corrections haven't been made! I can't stress enough do not use these guys you will regret it.
