Vince the plumber did an excellent job replacing the water shut off valve to a ball valve. Took less than an hour.
First of all I would like to say that the from the person that answered the phone to Anthony who came to do the work were awesome. I would especially like say thank you to Anthony as he was extremely friendly, professional and respectful of my house. Thank you Anthony. Although it was a great experience the price was on the high end. The only work that needed to be done was to replace one emergency shut off valve located under the toilet and the bill was $441. Had Apollo out to quote on replacing a kitchen faucet and a bathroom shower head. Their quote seemed high, so I had another established plumbing company out and they completed the work for about half as much as Apollo's quoted amount. I have no complaint about the service or workmanship at Apollo, as other than the gentleman who was out to do the quote I had no further interaction with the company. My experience was based only on having 2 basic plumbing needs met in a satisfactory way for less cost.
Great service from Apollo Plumbing, appointment coordinator was efficient with setting up my appointment and the tech Connor was awesome in terms of professionalism and friendliness, accomplished the job in timely manner. I had Alec come out to take a look at a toilet issue I was having. The appointment was within the time frame given to me from the fabulous receptionist when I booked. He also called me on the day of to to give me notice when he would arrive. After I told him my diagnosis (lol) he carefully inspected and found the issue.
