They were really friendly and accommodating on the phone. They even confirmed the day before. The day of the move they were no call no show. Called them and went right to voicemail. No call back. Very unprofessional. Use Potter piano instead. Awesome service.

This company scheduled a pick up at 6:30am and did not show up or call.I waited over 3 and a half hours for them to call me back (after callingthem numerous times). They stated they could not deliver the piano the day of the move because they misquoted the move - a mistake on the companies behalf. The company dispatcher, Jake, lied to cover his mistakes and ended up becoming very loud, cursing and hung up the phone.
