This place doesn’t care about patients new or old. They send text messages saying meds are ready then they aren’t once you get to their location. They recently purchased a competitor. I was a patient of the old pharmacy. Apollo never contacted my doctor about the pharmacy change of name so my medication were left in limbo for several days. Always friendly and fast service.
I was with preferred pharmacy for 3:yrs and they merged with Apollo. I literally got a 2 day notice and I called and talked to them 3 different times to make sure they would fill my medication and I was told it would not be a problem. Well I walked in and saw Sam or whoever was the pharmacist from preferred was there at Apollo and I was told that they could not fill my medication!! Best local pharmacy! Folks are very nice and eager to help with your medication needs. We’ve had difficulty with other major pharmacies getting medications but Apollo always have what we need and when we need.
Brian and Mike are the best!!! This is the best pharmacy I have ever used in my life!!! Such personalized care, always take time to answer my questions, get my meds ready as fast as they can, help to get me the best discounts and are always so kind!!! We LOVE Apollo!!!!
