We had a really good experience with this company, we did a 6 week road trip up the coast of WA and the van was really good. No faults or complaints, the lady in reception Emel was really kind and helpful, making the drop off of the van as easy as possible. Thanks again!
It’s our first time in Perth for a family road trip, and Miss Himani gave us such a warm welcome! She patiently showed us everything we needed to know about using the campervan. We had a wonderful start to our journey—hope to see you again next time we come to 🇦🇺 Australia!
Been told to arrive at 9am and they said “we will be with you shortly” 2.5 hours later and we finally get the RV but not even the one we booked for. They did give us a little upgrade but not worth the time. Would not recommend this place whatsoever, yall need to get your priorities in order it is ridiculous waiting this long for something we booked weeks in advance. Colleen though was absolutely lovely super friendly and nice and made the wait a bit better and entertaining she honestly deserves a raise!
I had an awesome experience renting a camper van from Himani! She was soooo friendly and helpful, everyone was super nice but Himani gave us all the information, showed us around the car and she was so kind and easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The whole experience exceeded expectations and we are really pleased with the van. Thank you Himani!!
