Worst experience ever. We arrived at 9am said it would take 30min and the camping van was ready at 1pm. Scandalous, especially since they kept telling us «it’s ready in 15min». Everyone waited 4h it’s such a nightmare. We had to ask every 30min. Won’t book with them again
Don’t trust the so-called good reviews. We rented an Apollo camper for two months and had lots of problems with air-con, bad wheels alignment, disgusting kitchen ware, broken folding chairs, non working gauges, etc. The staff in Darwin did not even take the time for afew minutes to show us around the van. “Just watch the video” they said. Avoid completely.
