Because of circumstances we could only pick our van up two days later and they compensatef for it - and when we came for the puck up we got upgraded to a bigger van without any extra costs.The van was very reliable and the stuff inside of good quality. Great experience. We went for no coverage option and had no issues at all with returning the vehicle. Pav was great at check in and check out, lovely customer service, we would come back here.
