Had a great experience with this branch! It was my first time booking a campervan and they made both the check-in and drop offs so seamless and stress free. The communication in regard to previous damages and attention to detail with photos really made me at ease with this company. Awesome vans and equipment to hire, the crew is always willing to help, on the other hand I think you should slow down a bit the handing over of the van! It’s a lot of info and that’s why tourist make mistakes and locals ended hating them! Besides that everything works really well
Had a fantastic experience with Apollo from pick up to drop off and the van was perfect for our 2 week trip around Tasmania. Yana at Apollo was great to deal with and very friendly.
We had high expectations to Apollo Campers since it cost a decent amount of money but we were assigned to a not so great vehicle. Rear step has a big crack, outdoor grill was filthy and there are smells coming out of the toilet and sink. We used the sink but never used the toilet. When the rain came, water must have entered somewhere as our bags under the bed got wet together with some of our clothes.
