The receptionists were wonderful, very helpful and nice. But I had a bad experience with Dr Hans Bos. I made an appointment to discuss a mental health issue, that I had been facing my entire life. I explained to him in detail my problem, even preparing with a listed record of this issue affecting me and my life starting from age 7 years old. Saw Dr Lee a while ago (last year) he likes complicated (complex) cases..that's me!! He must have easily listen & discussed my issues for a good half hour but due to medicinal issues couldn't help me but I was very impressed and if my medication or current GP changed I would go back in a minute. Was willing to listen and take my problems on board. Highly recommend.
My Grandmother had a terrible experience with doctor Lee. I understand that everyone has bad days but berating and being rude to your patient is not on.
I'm sharing my mums experience she had with Dr Lee the other day. My mother had arrived 3 mins late but had let Dr Lee know prior she was stuck in traffic and may be a little late to her app. As she arrived Dr Lee was quite angry towards her ,a 69 yrs of age woman and made her feel very uncomfortable and upset for being late and had said some things to her which is very un professional and I don't appreciate this kind of disrespect .
