My anesthesiologist on the day of surgery was good! He had good interpersonal skills and was kind! Everyone else not so good! I kept getting bills from Apollo politely "threatening" me to basically "badger" my insurance to pay them more money. If I did not do this plus provide Apollo proof I took action, they would "come back on me" to pay more out of my pocket than they would if I provided Apollo proof I tried to get my insurance to pay more.
