Going to the doctor became a very good experience. Great customer service and great treatment from the Doctor.
Bad service, very rude staff
Receptionist need more training. They tell you on the phone there's availability to see doc come now. You drive down and then the Receptionist says there's 1.5 hours of wait... ??? You couldn't have told me this over the phone?? I have to drive down 20 mins from work and back to work. Stop messing around with people's time. Clearly, the other reviewers have noticed a same pattern but management doesn't seem to be doing anything to improve process. I would give 0 stars if google let me.
