The same week we sold our home, one of the two heads on our 8-year old (!) ductless LG heat pump quit, and the coolant line completely discharged within the heat pump head. Joel did our consultation and service work, and Robyn scheduled the work and dealt with payment. Joel correctly diagnosed the issue with one of our heads and replaced it in-kind, and advised that the heat pump itself (outdoor unit) may have been damaged by continuing to operate while one of the heads was depressurizing the coolant system. I had the pleasure of having Joel come to my house to diagnose why my heat pump wasn’t putting out heat. He was very quick and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and didn’t waste anytime. Also told me specs about my heat pump I was not aware of. Added refrigerant and cleaned the air filter for me which hadn’t been serviced in 3 years. very impressed with his service.
