When our 11 year old pool heat pump failed, it was resurrected thanks to these gents! Fair shake, and excellent service!
The same week we sold our home, one of the two heads on our 8-year old (!) ductless LG heat pump quit, and the coolant line completely discharged within the heat pump head. Joel did our consultation and service work, and Robyn scheduled the work and dealt with payment. Joel correctly diagnosed the issue with one of our heads and replaced it in-kind, and advised that the heat pump itself (outdoor unit) may have been damaged by continuing to operate while one of the heads was depressurizing the coolant system.
