Apollo has installed 2 complete HVAC systems in our home over the years. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Apollo.
This place is a scam! I had a blower go out on my HVAC unit, and they quoted me $1700 to replace the motor. So, I asked them what the breakdown of the part and labor would be and they would not tell me the breakdown. Completely refused. So, I did some research and the new motor ranged from $250-$350 dollars, and the time that it took them to put the motor is was 15 minutes. 15 minutes!!!! They are completely unethical. So, stay away from this company.
My sister had basement flood from a defective sunk pump, in Amelia, Ohio today. I came to help with water. She needed emergency and I suggested Apollo because I heard nothing but good about them. Jerid Carl came and replaced the pump. He was so nice and answered all of her questions. I highly recommend him. She was very blessed to have such a well mannered tech and so knowledgeable and simplified the plumbing terminology.
He took his time, saved me lots of money almost $1200! He was very very helpful!
