I had the pleasure of seeing Sylvie after breaking my arm and she was fantastic. She was professional, caring and incredibly helpful throughout my recovery. Her knowledge and support made a difficult time much easier. I highly recommend Sylvie to anyone needing osteopathic care.
I first saw Sylvie back in March when I was suffering with arthritis in my spine which was causing irritation to my sciatic and other nerves down my right leg. Pete "gets" pain. He's part osteo, part informal neuroscience psychologist! Pete didn't "cure" me, he helped me realise what tools I have at my disposal to alleviate pain, reduce it and believe I can be cured. I had chronic pain for more than ten years. I now have infrequent discomfort and very rarely, pain. If you are ready to take charge of your current situation, you know where to go.
Time with Peter wasn't just about the injury, it encompassed emotions, how our body talks to us and how to listen to our body, as part of the therapy. This made all the difference.
