An interesting experience. Kind of strange when a clinic markets itself as a walk-in facility online, only to express visible irritation when someone takes that at face value and, you know, walks in. Very nice Doctors office nice Dr's front desk staff are very nice
The dr I see here is wonderful so I didn’t want to make a review, however since she’s moving clinics I now feel comfortable doing so. I made an appointment to have a PAP test and some other simple tests done and had to reschedule, my appointment was at 3pm (i work until 2 every day) the receptionist told me I couldn’t book after 12pm and no appointments for PAPs are taken that late. I informed her I had an appointment for it at 3 already, and she wouldn’t reschedule me. I told her just to put in the appointment for every oth... read more
Doctors and staff are nice and professional. Be aware that they make you take your shoes off in the waiting room. There are 2 small rugs and the rest is laminate with lots of water puddles (from shoes) in the waiting area so your feet WILL BE wet and cold. Probably not an issue for most but if you have issues with your feet, mobility, Raynauds, or circulation problems, bring slippers or "indoor shoes".
