I have really been impressed with the staff at Apollo Granite and Marble. I worked a lot with Gary and have no complaints about them. I think prices are reasonable, workmanship is good and staff is friendly.
We had the same experience. Dishonest and hard to work with. NO customer service whatsoever! We always had to call or email to find out information. Installed a different piece of granite than what we picked out. Was told 10-15 working days and it took 6 weeks!! Didn't bother to tell us that a couple of our cabinets were uneven, when they did the templet, which delayed the install another week. Totally disappointed with the whole experience and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
Apollo granite sold us an "exquisite" slab we were told. However slab was rough in many,many spots, not polished correctly. The two seams are jagged and very noticeable. Poor workmanship for a $100 sq ft of granite Over charged , sloppy workmanship, dishonest
