Unacceptable experience...Stopped by the shop for an estimate. I was told they would be out for measurements and a quote, however, never showed up and not even a phone call after waiting for a whole day at home. If this is how they treat potential customers, can't imagine how they handle actual clients. I guess they don't need my business. Luckily I could go somewhere else.

There are no words for me to express how I feel at this present time, knowing that it's been almost a month since I dropped off the glass at your location, expecting to have picked it up by now. Furthermore, I have a client who happened to be at my venue the day I removed the glass, and she will be having her son's birthday event this coming Saturday.
