I understand that working at the front desk can be stressful at times, but unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was quite unprofessional. I like this practice, they have many different doctors with different specialties and interests, you can usually get in pretty fast, but the one thing I don't like is their billing. They're very strict. They bill a full appointment fee for just finding out your tests results, which I find very harsh. So if you've had tests requested by one of their doctors and the doctor texts you when they're back to say they want you to book to discuss them, it's not bulk billed.
