A little over a year ago I had apollo energy come out and I signed with them. Jesus was my rep. At first I thought everything was great. The information he gave me was what I was hoping for. After months of waiting I finally had a date for install. Mind you I spent 14k on a new roof even though they said my roof of 17 years old was fine ( they shouldn't have said this). Update 04/13/23 After several attempts to contact this company/Representative Wilfredo no response back numbers which where working prior to install no longer work. Still waiting for panels to be turned on. Issues with paperwork had to do my own research . Have called/emailed, No Response. Very disappointing. I'm very pleased so far with Apollo Solar system, I enjoyed working with Wilfredo my Rep he was very knowledgeable, and when I had questions he was available to answer. After comparing three different solar companies, I went with Apollo Energy and am happy I did. Although turning the solar power on took longer than expected (which also involved the town and Eversource) I'm happy with outcome.
