Cory was the worst communicator that I’ve ever worked with as a business owner. I Txm Apollo all of my information and the reason for needing a plumber. He said that they would be at my salon at Friday at 9 AM in the morning. I waited for them to show up after 15 minutes I called to see if they were on their way. Cory said that he had never confirmed. Either way he should have sent me a Txm message that they would not be available on Friday. He never said that I would receive a Txm to confirm my appointment. Owner Corey is amazing! He is so efficiently professional and very nice. He fixed our 2 commercial faucets just 10 minutes, which has been fixed many time before by others. Now Corey makes it work perfect! We really appreciate him. Love his job so much!
Great service . Fixed my leak , which wasn’t that complicated but I really appreciated the response and communication. Josh was thorough and followed up on a small fix timely. I just really appreciate when service folks do what they say and these folks are great! Definitely will use their services again!
