They are useless..and that's me being fair......they have no understanding of more complex conditions...let alone a catalogue of misdiagnosis....do not register with them...
That 1 star I left on this review is for the reception. They are great and the nurses, anything else medically related should be given -100 . The physiotherapist I went for a pain I had in my ribs since December,gave me the impression she was bothered by me being there. Didn't had patience to listen to me, kept saying that me not being able to breathe properly isn't related to the pain I have in my ribs and that all the discomfort I felt in my diaphragmatic area was because of something else, gave me a useless pdf with exerc... read more
Really poor practice. Get records wrong, edit records at free will and not disabled friendly
What a pleasant surprise, I took my granddaughter to the surgery today, the 18th March, the receptionist very friendly, we we're seen promptly by the Dr. the prescription sent to the pharmacy, we were on our way home in less than 20 minutes. Cannot fault the service. I wish my GP practice in Chapeltown we're half as good.
