Communication is ridiculous with this place, ESPECIALLY from Lenika Hector, I hope her bosses see this and understand how ugly she was to us on the phone like we were a bother to ask her to do her job. I sent constant emails and asked for updates and the last conversation we had she asked me to follow up after she met with staff and I did the following week and still have yet to hear back from her. Can't say enough about what the staff at Apollo Behavior is doing! The team is supportive, compassionate and fully vested in helping kiddos find their way. As we know all too well, fighting through the various struggles associated with Autism is so difficult for children and their families. I believe the team at Apollo understands that and is committed to being a partner in that journey.
