My husband went today for his crown. In the middle of the procedure the doctor stopped and said he needed 2 crowns. The receptionist then came in to collect payment. We have dental insurance and quite frankly after my Invisalign we have given them over $6000 cash along with insurance payment this year alone. Receptionist is very rude. I am 74 years old and Dr. Shaw is by far the best dentist I have ever went to. He not only is a good dentist but a wonderful person. All the girls that work there are also great they make your visit comfortable and pleasant. Julie the receptionist has helped me many times. I want to thank the whole staff for making my visit enjoyable.
Dental services ok. Accounting and scheduling are a complete mess. On 3 separate occasions they ran an unauthorized debit on my card a week or more earlier than they were supposed to. I was then told it was not their problem and to take it up with my bank. The 3rd time in less than 4 months that this happened I asked what kind of compensation they would offer to keep my business, and I was told nothing would be done except an empty apology. Hard to be "sorry" when you do the same thing wrong 3 times.
