Our car battery died suddenly while traveling the Great Ocean Road with our rental car. A local was very kind to jump start the engine and he guided us to the Apollo Bay Auto Care shop. The staff was super friendly and the faulty battery was quickly checked and replaced at a very reasonable price. The travel day was saved thanks to Andre and his team. Many thanks again!!
I rented a car and the tyre pressure warning kept going off. To be safe, I asked one of the staff at the counter. He was very kind and patient, checked all the tyres, explained what he thought the issue was, and suggested how to resolve it. I really appreciated his help and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without any issues.
We’re two backpackers and we had a problem with our car. The mechanic was professional, honest and really knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Just wanted to say Thankyou to Andre and the team. My care was towed to Apollo bay auto care late last Sunday night unexpectedly. I spoke to Andre the following day and quite understandably he couldn’t look at it properly for a couple of days. But he was still very helpful in discussing ways for me to get back to Melbourne. Even with his busy schedule he still made the time to put my car on the computer to get an understanding of what was going on.
