If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences my young family has ever faced. Apollo Bay Auto Care was supposed to attend to our vehicle yesterday through RACV Roadside Assistance. We were completely stranded in the middle of nowhere with our two young children. RACV told us help would arrive within the hour — but two hours passed and no one ever showed up. There was no communication, no update, nothing. I called the contact number and it went to automatic options to select 1. for broken down services or 2. to make a booking. When I selected 1 - it told me to call racv or another service for roadside assistance and it automatically disconnected the call. I called again and tried number 2 (make a booking) and it just replayed the options again. It wouldn’t ring and I wasn’t able to leave a voicemail.
