I rented a car and the tyre pressure warning kept going off. To be safe, I asked one of the staff at the counter. He was very kind and patient, checked all the tyres, explained what he thought the issue was, and suggested how to resolve it. I really appreciated his help and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without any issues.
A big shout out to Mark at Apollo Bay Auto Care! Mark came to my rescue after I hit a pot hole on the Great Ocean Road and went above and beyond to get my tyre repaired! Absolutely fantastic service and a great asset to the Apollo Bay Community! Super friendly, trustworthy and highly recommended!
Our car battery died suddenly while traveling the Great Ocean Road with our rental car. A local was very kind to jump start the engine and he guided us to the Apollo Bay Auto Care shop. The staff was super friendly and the faulty battery was quickly checked and replaced at a very reasonable price. The travel day was saved thanks to Andre and his team. Many thanks again!!
I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. My car broke down on Easter and I was completely stuck😭, but Sonic and Andre were so patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They turned whats been a really stressful situation into something so much easier to deal with. It’s rare to come across honest people who actually care this much and go out of their way to help.
