Just wanted to say Thankyou to Andre and the team. My care was towed to Apollo bay auto care late last Sunday night unexpectedly. I spoke to Andre the following day and quite understandably he couldn’t look at it properly for a couple of days. But he was still very helpful in discussing ways for me to get back to Melbourne. We had an excellent service from Andre and the team at Apollo Bay Autocare. We are from Melbourne, broke down in Apollo Bay. They towed us as part of their relationship with RACV, sourced a part from Colac and communicated well while all this was happening. They were then very accommodating about holding onto the car until we could get down there again to collect it, and made the collecting very easy even though it was after hours.
