My wife received a report from Milliman inteliscript stating that she had received a prescription from Dr. Gacote for heart medications. The prescriptions were filled at a Walgreens Pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV. My wife has never seen Dr. Gacote as a patient and she has never been diagnosed with a heart condition. We do not even live in California. After receiving the report, my wife called Dr. Gacote’s clinic to try to get a letter attesting to the fact that the information on the report was wrong. My mom was a patient in this office! If i could give no star i would, rude staff! They dont treat the patient right!! They dont answer phone calls!!!! This office should closed instead!! They dont care about patients! NOT GOOD NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Dont come here!! If the staff can’t handle the patients then dont work at the medical field!!
If you have a chance and have a different office doctor do it, the lady that works there is so rude; I can't believe they have people like her working in the medical field; I just cried my eyes out. She made me feel so bad the only thing I asked her was if they doctor could give me the reference for my ob-gyn. I called the day before, and they told me to go the next day. I end up changing doctors.
