Just asked if I could use their restroom, the receptionists response "I can't believe the people who come in here trying to use our bathroom, fine leave your things (my tiny purse with my wallet and cell phone and folder of confidential medical records, not a backpack or even large purse) up here and go." I replied I wasn't comfortable doing so! Ugh, I still thanked her on my way out, and she was polite, but ugh what a distasteful response!
