My whole family uses Apogee because they are very professional. Staff remembers us and calls us by name. Very easy to get ahold of and talk to one of the consistent associates (always a live person!) and they always help, whether it's getting your meds filled promptly, correcting any errors, advising about meds, or providing discounts when insurance doesn't cover enough. Unfortunately the customer service here is not great. My topical cream started to go bad and got this gritty texture and I called them to explain that this did not happen with my last one and clearly it was a faulty product. My last tube lasted me almost 8mo, and I got this one at the end of June. It’s been a month and a maybe a half, and they wouldn’t give me a different one because it had “been too long”. I had several questions about storing my medication during hot weather. The pharmacist explained everything clearly and even shared a few helpful tips I hadn't considered before. Very informative and easy to understand.
Overpriced and refuses to release prescriptions so you cannot even transfer to another pharmacy.
Love the kindness and they are so helpful.
