After a year sill love Apogee!! I love walking outside and on my treadmill but wanted to target muscle groups that I wasn't using with just walking. The gym didn't work for me, I didn't know what to do. This works, you are shown how to do each exercise, tips to keep in mind as you work out and muscle groups you target with each move! Beginner/intermediate/advanced....all are welcome....you set your pace! Need a modification, just ask the trainer! The team works with you to challenge yourself for success!
