If there were 10 stars I'd give 10. I own a "legacy product" A Duet interface for Mac/Windows. After 13 great years it decided it wasn't going to work anymore. I went on the website and through chat a tech spent a lot of time with me trying to help me fix it. When we couldn't he said "ship it here and we'll fix it". And they did - for a very fair and reasonable price. I haven't had a customer service experience like this in, maybe never. I can't give a higher recommendation to a company than I can for Apogee. I purchased a Pro Tools card from them. It never worked. They told me it was a software problem, not the Pro Tools card. I have been complaining about this for a long time. It takes almost a week for them to reach back to you. They never call you back. It's like they only have one person working there. Worst customer service and experience altogether. Do not waste your money with this company..
