Awesome customer service! You pay a little premium but it's worth it.
We dropped in and were welcomed warmly and shown the warehouse and allowed to shop. Mac was very friendly even though very busy. Were were hoping to meet Tim, but were told he was busy working on a newsletter. We shopped for ARC parts and were very impressed with their organization and inventory. Upon checking out, Tim came out to use the facilities and then swung by the sales counter and chatted with us for a bit. We thanked him for all his contributions.
