This was my first time doing a sleep study, Lucas the Technician explained and walked me through everything. He took care of me and made me feel very comfortable and the Staff who also were there. 1960 location ..Horrible experience never use them again should loose their license staff place me a very dangerous situation I was awaken at 3 am and told the study was over told to I had to leave under the influence of my sleep meds very unprofessional staff . I think the staff was ready to go home.. didn’t follow their own Written protocol…..assumed they would
BELLAIRE LOCATION - Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They will speak to you like you are an idiot. When THEY make a mistake, they expect you to pay for it. They give you the wrong information constantly and will never make things right. Every single person I have spoken to there has been rude and condescending. If I could give zero stars, I would.
If I could give this place less than one star I would. My doctor placed an order for a CPAP for me in October 2022. As of today, Apnix has not managed to deliver the product, despite insurance authorization. I have made countless attempts to arrange pick up of a device. I cannot get a human being to call me back.a completely useless person named Madelin texted me in response to my latest attempt. She takes on average 10 days to respond to any communication.
