I needed a device to help stop snoring and they helped me big time. It's been a month now and my apnea and snoring is so much better
Terrible customer service within interrogating mind looking for ways not to honor the product guarantee. Bought two units with the intention of having one as a backup. The first one lasted six months before it started to fall apart and the second one was also defective with the gears starting to slip after only a week of wear. They refused to honor their product guarantee.
