If I could give 0 stars I would. Be very cautious with this company. They are scammers looking to take advantage of new parents. This company sent a bill for $275 for a state mandated hearing test performed while at the hospital. We were given no chance to decline or told what the charges would be. We were not told that they do not take Blue Cross. That should be a red flag. What company does not take one of the biggest insurance companies? I had never heard of this company until they did the state mandated newborn test on my daughter when she was born. My first notice for billing from this company was a 90 day late notice. Nothing before that. The statement date also says the 26th of the month, and I received it on the 6th of the next month. They are located in a city less than an hour away from me, so clearly there are problems in the billing department.
