I have lived here for 18 yrs. The park has gone down hill since then. There are not enough people living here now to support the upkeep and maintenance. It's sad, because the owner and management are all very kind people. Helpful when any problems come up. Just good people. I would love to see them be able to make the necessary improvements and add a nice large picnic/ playground for the young families.
