Great staff. Everyone nice and willing to help.
Took my son in to get 4 inch screws. Nobody asked if they could help, almost acted like they didn't want him or my granddaughter in the building. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I don't care if your going in for a 10 dollar box of screws or a thousand dollar order. Being friendly and professional is the key to any good business. Now I remember why I drive out of my way to another town.
Lacking service in every way shape or form will Coach you significantly higher than any other place around, and then when you tell them that you can purchase your materials cheaper somewhere else they will tell you oh they can work with that price. Very unethical way of doing business. APM lacks integrity.
I dealt with these fine people for 25 years. There are good people in the building industry. Don't waste your time at the big retail store, go see professionals that can help you.
Went here today for first time 8/22/23. Nice patient and great service! Prices were great on the metal supplies. Dave and Amanda helped us.
