Completely pathetic I don’t know why businesses keep doing business with this joke of a port! They have a god complex and don’t give a crap how long they hold up trucks which in return effects the customers! Change only comes when the customers take a stand and stop doing business with this port then the god complex will go away when they start losing money!
Gotta watch out for the "security" personnel. Apparently, they're the masters of the APM universe and, no matter what you say or what proof you have, you'll be in the wrong -- constantly changing rules for their benefit, breaking their own rules for their benefit, and hold zero accountability for their own ppl or port employees. Toilet paper has more brain cells than these morons that run this joke of a port!!! Who ever runs this port needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! Nothing works kiosks always messed up everyday guess this person believes trucks run for free! Do the whole gulf coast a favor and give up and quit wasting everyone’s time!!
