APM is the best property management company I have ever used. I have tried numerous different companies and they have all failed miserably, however, APM is by far the best in the business.
Just wanted to leave a review for APM. I sit on the board of an HOA APM manages. I work with them on a weekly basis.Just in the last week they updated fire extinguishers in all buildings, talked with our accountants, sent out a reminder email for board elections, and responded to several maintenance issues and have always been accommodating and transparent with us as a board. They make the boards life very easy. APM has our back as a client. I’ve known both owners for years and trust them 100%
Great management company .
This is the most non response companies. They manage the condos I live in. There is an ongoing water issue from other units that has now caused damage. After 3 weeks of calling and e-mailing, they still have not responded. Do not waste your time, as I have to escalate to sue.
