While the jewellery is decent, you cannot return jewellery bought in store. The attendants are super cagey about this and the store policy online is literally buried at the bottom of multiple articles that appear to indicate items can be returned, but only apply to online orders. I don’t have an issue with stores not allowing returns but APM deceptively hide it at the bottom of the page in the smallest font.
A disappointing shopping experience. When I bought it, they promised me that I could return the product within 30 days without any reason. But when I went back to return it 5 days later because I felt it was not suitable, they directly refused. They also lied and said that they had never promised it, so should buy it carefully!
Sam was absolutely incredible. Super attentive, he showed us everything in store and we walked out with so many things! Thanks for making our girls shopping day amazing!
Sam the assistant store manager was just the best. It was my first time in this store and he made the whole experience so delightful! Sam is the best! I will be coming back because of him and my experience.
