I’ve had nothing but excellent service at the store since day one. Nini is particularly helpful but really all the staff there are super friendly. They have some very nice pieces that I can wear every day and not look too fast fashion-like. I highly recommend if you can visit in person to do so. They also regularly hold in store events which is fun and sometimes you get gift with purchase. Highly highly recommend!
Stopped by from just a walk but the store was beautiful and the collection as well. JR helped us around the store being super friendly and I found the perfect bracelet for me! 100% recommend!!
Update.I updated my previous review to 5 stars thanks to Gary’s excellent customer service. After contacting him directly, it was truly a breath of fresh air compared to the customer service I received from the company itself. I highly recommend going to the store and asking for Gary—he is fantastic. The new ring arrived exactly as promised, and the credit from my previous purchase was processed as well.
Angela always makes my day!!! I found APM jewelry recently, and my first experience with Angela was so nice that I just kept going back and now I have all these pieces I purchased with her help :). The jewelry itself is beautiful and high quality, however Angela is the main reason I keep coming back because of how sweet, helpful, and kind she is! She remembers every detail and even got me a gift for my birthday. My experience at APM is always amazing with Angela and I really trust her when it comes to purchasing jewelry
