Terrible management
If I can give APM less than a one star I would. I lived two years on the property without complaints. I fall behind one month on rent. APM serves me a three day notice to vacate. I plea to make a payment option. I make 900$ in payment to APM in ten calendar days. APM still makes me vacate or face eviction.
I understand that everyone has a different experience with their respective property management companies, but every single time I've had to interact with APM it's been a smooth, considerate experience. With the plague of some other property management companies in town as well as the trials that come with home rental, I'm scared to switch to any place else. 10/10 service every time I've interacted with them.
