I had the absolute best time with them and I hate that I have to move out! I lived at Dakota creek lofts and Laura and Maggie did such an awesome job being landlords. Never have I ever been at an apartment with such attentive and amazing staff such as Dakota Creek. They respond very quickly to any questions I had (I’m talking within the hour, even on weekends!). Terrible management
If I can give APM less than a one star I would. I lived two years on the property without complaints. I fall behind one month on rent. APM serves me a three day notice to vacate. I plea to make a payment option. I make 900$ in payment to APM in ten calendar days. APM still makes me vacate or face eviction.
