jim is a joke jim (james) is a piece of work doesn't honor his warrantee he is a lowlife the lowest of them all now on the other hand the technicians where very good and helpful hopefully they find a better place i feel bad for them awe and just to add a bit more to my experiance jim said he would pull a permit and never did hope you find this helpfull
