I purchased a 10,000 pound lift (TR10C) for my home garage. Lift was delivered promptly to a local trucking terminal. I picked it up on a flatbed trailer and got it home. My son and I spent a couple weekends installing the lift. So far we have been very pleased. The lift has picked up everything we have put on it. Great customer support... I called the office with a problem and their response was immediate. Hard to find that kind of help anywhere today. Good product and they stand behind it. Instructions that came with the lift were very vague ... but youtubes filled in the gaps.
