We had our deck done in April. They put down a few bent trex deck boards saying that the sun would straighten them out in time. Being they are professionals i believed them. Well after calling the owner several times up til today he kept saying he'll come out replace them. He has not come out. Also took extra boards with him that i paid for which he was supposed to be returning to me but never did. That's robbery. Now i reached out to BBB and dealing with Lowe's and Trex Deck to have them come look at boards to exchange them... read more
These guys are hit and run artists...sad They don't follow up at all. Not the cheapest but their work is!
