well I want to start off that they did an ok job on my deck, but after looking over the deck I have found a number of things wrong with the deck. First thing we asked them to stain the deck but I wanted a transparent stain so you could still see the wood under it well it is not transparent at all. they also did not wait for the wood to completely dry from the pressure treatment so the paint stayed tacky and wet for over 2 weeks and now it is stained from dirt that go on the deck. These guys are hit and run artists...sad They don't follow up at all. Not the cheapest but their work is! Here is an update to my review. We had our deck done in April. They put down a few bent trex deck boards saying that the sun would straighten them out in time. Being they are professionals i believed them. Well after calling the owner several times up til today he kept saying he'll come out replace them. He has not come out. Also took extra boards with him that i paid for which he was supposed to be returning to me but never did. That's robbery. Now i reached out to BBB and dealing with Lowe's and Trex Deck to have them come look at boards to exchange them... read more
