Great service Very knowledgeable counter guys
I recently ordered a part from this company, and unfortunately, we did not realize it had a BROKEN part. It was a huge letdown because I was really looking forward to putting it to use. What made things worse was the customer service’s response. Instead of acknowledging the defect and offering a solution, they tried to shift the blame onto me, making it seem like I was responsible for the damage. I purchased apart from them and what they sold me was not what they told me I was getting they miss represented when I confronted the owner. He claims that he didn’t know totally ridiculous. How are you gonna say you’re selling something that was not what I asked for. I think they just took advantage because I was a female, and they thought I would not know, I would never go there again
