I had a great experience ordering, and having my gravel delivered from the Baden branch. Wendy is extremely polite and prompt with returning my phone calls, as well as answering all of my questions. I was also pleased with the delivery driver' s timely and professional job. The prices fit my budget and I look forward to ordering with them in the future.
Drop mulch off at 11 am when it was scheduled for 3 blocking cars in the garage. They're clocks must be off by a couple hours.
I made 2 appointments with them and the first time he totally blew me off, the 2nd appointment he set at 7am on Saturday morning, he was 50mins late. I could have slept in but instead was up and waiting for him to arrrive. Very unprofessional. I will not use them.
