Very low quality of products, printing and embroidery. The shipping rates for europe are so big expensive like 50% of the items price. I dont recommend this company.

I had to talk with customer service three times about the exact same problem before they finally got my order right and sent it off to production. Because of this I assume the internal communication is terrible. I had three hats embroidered with my company's logo and they turned out awful. The stitching was easily three times thicker than my logo and not even whatsoever. I have tried to contact customer service 4 times and they have ignored all attempts to make it right. They lost my business.
Great company, with premium quality products manufactured and shipped in a timely manner. And a even better customer service especially Peter L he was a great help definitely would recommend apliiq to others!
Needs better contact information, I can never get them on the phone.
We sent in and artwork file with a black design on a white background. The artwork was clearly labeled black logo. When the sample shirts arrived they were light gray ink. When we complained they first said that Direct to Garment printing can't achieve a true black and that if we wanted black we'd have to go with screen print. When we asked for our money back because we don't want gray ink, they at first offered to reprint and then changed their story and said that the artwork we provided was gray.
