The bags look awful. The logo printed with MANY areas of void where no ink was put down. It makes them look like they were stacked together before they were dry then pulled apart. I contacted my sales rep and it took her 5 days to respond that she even received my email. Today I was told they will do nothing for my $1,200 purchase because it is “within their tolerance” and they will not do anything at all to fix them.
