Aplace is the best of the bestest ! Highly recommend Aplace !!!
Unprofessional and rude site managers. Instructing their builders to commence work at 6am waking people with no regard. Refusing to stop and site managers refuse to do anything besides be rude. Ben in particular from Ballarat is a rude, arrogant and condescending.
APLACE, contracted under Glenvill homes have just finished building my Victorian based home. The process was seamless and I very much appreciate the efficiency and quality of the build. My site supervisor was Jeremy, and there was no query too small or silly for him to answer. I thoroughly recommend APLACE for building a home.
Apalce has come into new developments and made them look like ghettos. The landscape is hideous and they are getting approved for the same facades and landscape creating an ugly street scape. A hell hole
Our first experience of building an investment property with Aplace has been very positive. We would certainly consider working with Glenvill Aplace again. Special mention to the Glenvill construction Manager Rob Mackay who was excellent.
