We purchased a house-and-land package through Investmentor with this builder, Aplace, and our experience has been disappointing. The build process involved multiple delays and issues leading up to handover, which made it stressful from start to finish. Just two years after completion, the roof developed a displaced tile, causing a leak and internal damage to the house. When we raised this, the builder advised it was not a workmanship issue and would not be covered under warranty, stating that roof tiles can be displaced unde... read more
I’ve moved in new home which was built in 2023 by APLACE, requested its building planning in order for me to do concrete work around the house, customer service team, Dana sent me all paperwork in a couple of hours, superb customer after-service, well done, thanks Dana
