We had initially given APL a five star review, as they requested of us after we had them complete more than $80,000 worth of restoration and flooring work on our new house. APL and Alex specifically talked up their lifetime warranty and we trusted this, as Alex seemed honest and diligent. Alex and APL helped to restore our unit on two occasions after two sperate incidents over the last two years. Alex and his team have always been professional, quick to respond to our inquiries and questions, and always completed the work with quality results. On both occasions we were very satisfied with the efficiency and the quality of the work that was completed by Alex and his team. For future restoration work or for future renovations we would certainly use APL again.

I am really grateful that we had APL to help us. They arranged cleaning up after our basement flood, helped coordinate with our insurance company, and organized refinishing. 5 stars!

We had mold behind the tiles and grout in our bathroom. Alex came & did a moisture assessment to give us an idea of what may be going on behind the tiles. They provided a detailed work quote that was extremely reasonably priced. Everything was done on time and to the price quoted. All the tile, grout and blue board was removed, the remaining material sanitised and the areas dried over 48 hours with industrial dehumidifier and air scrubber before being tiled.
