Alex, the office staff, and the drywall tradesman, not only restored my ceiling and living space back to its original condition but offered support, advice, and peace of mind.
Sunday night flood impacting 2 Units, emergency call out to APL Restoration. Alex arrived within a very short time, assessed the situation and immediately went to work. Next day, the office, Sarah, followed up and was awesome in outlining next steps and set up Asbestos testing for next steps. Everything went smoothly and easily working with Sarah. We were were so glad we had called out APL Restoration in our Emergency situation and they were excellent in their response and service.
Alex was great, and very professional, came right on time and did a free mold inspection much appreciated.
