Don’t recommend APL whatsoever. Received an entry notice for 8am (no two hour period provided) tradesman let himself in at 9:40am. Despite many calls, voicemails and text messages sent - no one has contacted me which is appalling customer service and professionalism, or lack of. They contacted my real estate with an excuse saying they aren’t responsible for when the tradesman enter and that the tradesman may not have been looking at the clock when running late.
